My Latest Creation:
One Crying Kitten And Momma's Lucky Seven
This book is about a life-long dog lover, who discovers cats late in life, when they start showing up everywhere. It is the author's true story of how the rescue of "one crying kitten," led to her adopting seven others, born to a feral Mom. The story is full of pictures and video's of the pregnant Mom and Dad, Momma feeding the babies, and the babies at play in various stages of their lives.
It also shows the other offspring of Momma's two previous litters. The purpose of writing this book, is to show the growing concern of colony cats, and how to stop colonies, or nip them in the bud, as the author did with these "lucky seven," and all of Momma's family.

Momma was not quite 2 years of age, when she was spayed, and had already had three litters. Having babies, was all she knew. And she was the most wonderful, caring Momma cat, who was hoppin fences up to and after her delivery of her last seven kittens. In fact, she hopped a 6 foot fence, several times, with a kitten in tow.
A colony of cats can grow up to 100 in numbers. If every pet owner, would do their part by having their cats neutered/spayed, and trap any stray cats around their homes, we'd do much to help reduce many colonies.
Here's a few pictures of Momma and her feral family
Footnote: A Forever Home Animal Rescue has many pet up for adoption, as well as many needing medical/surgery. Please consider adopting vs. breeding/buying, or a donation for those requiring veterinarian care. You can learn more about A Forever Home Animal Rescue

It only takes one irresponsible pet owner to start a colony of hundreds of homeless cats. The cats really don't thrive in the wild, they just keep multiplying until they die. Each liter gets weaker and weaker due to inbreeding because the cats really don't know any better. BE RESPONSIBLE! Spay or Neuter!
